Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Manage project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
  • Facilitate meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project management best practices.
  • Resolve project issues and remove obstacles to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certifications.
  • Experience managing projects in technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or consulting environments.
  • Experience with budget management and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of risk management and process improvement methodologies.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
