Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Daily 3PL Supervision: Oversee day-to-day inbound, storage, picking, and outbound warehousing activities executed by Raaziq.
• Transportation & Dispatch Tracking: Monitor daily vehicle utilization, load planning, and last-mile delivery performance to ensure timely and cost-effective dispatch.
• KPI & Tracker Management: Design, maintain, and update daily/weekly operational trackers for critical metrics such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), lead times, and transit status.
• Productivity Monitoring: Track and analyze Raaziq's operational productivity (e.g., picking rates, turnaround times, labor efficiency) to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Inventory Accuracy: Coordinate regular cycle counts, wall-to-wall audits, and stock reconciliations between L'Oréal's SAP and Raaziq's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary operational liaison between Raaziq, Sales, Customer Care, Planning, and Quality teams to resolve constraints and prioritize urgent orders.
• Invoice Auditing & Validation: Review and validate monthly warehousing and transportation invoices submitted by Raaziq against completed operations and agreed contract tariffs.
• Reverse Logistics & Market Returns: Manage the process for market returns, ensuring refused or returned goods are received, validated, and processed swiftly.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize transport routes, reduce warehousing waste, and lower distribution costs.
• EHS & Quality Compliance: Ensure Raaziq consistently meets L'Oréal’s strict Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality assurance standards.
• Incident Management (LID): Maintain the Logistics Incident Database to record, investigate, and implement corrective actions for any shipping damages, delays, or losses.
• Weekly Operational Reviews: Lead regular alignment meetings with Raaziq’s supervisors to review operational performance, backlogs, and resource planning.

Qualification: Masters in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Project Management
Experience: 5-8 Years
Location: Karachi.
Salary: Market Competitive+ Fuel Allowance
