Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in steel structures, PEB systems, and associated civil works, with strong experience managing projects across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial and industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Oversee site activities including steel fabrication & erection, civil foundations, cladding, and finishing works.
• Monitor project performance in terms of cost, progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and present periodic project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, international standards, and GCC regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in PEB construction, steel structures, and civil works.
• Strong technical expertise in:
• Structural steel fabrication and erection
• Civil foundations and finishing works
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the GCC.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Solid understanding of international codes and GCC building standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
