Job Overview

Stello Products, Inc., a leading sign manufacturer with a rich history dating back to 1959, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Based in Washington, D.C., United States, this is a full-time position ideal for a professional who thrives on managing projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing a diverse range of signage projects for the highway industry, municipalities, and custom clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards. We are offering a competitive annual salary of $80,000 - $100,800 USD for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client brief and planning through to manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each assignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and dependencies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Ensure all signage and safety equipment projects adhere to relevant industry standards (e.g., MUTCD) and client specifications.
  • Oversee quality control processes to guarantee that every product meets the high standards of Stello Products, Inc.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closure reports.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or signage industry.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with signage regulations and standards would be a significant advantage.
