Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be integral to our operational success. Your key responsibilities will include:
 

• Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing detailed project plans to track progress and manage resources effectively.
• Coordinating internal resources and third-party contractors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Performing comprehensive risk management to minimize potential risks to the project.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including progress reports and stakeholder communications.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and in line with our company's commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of success in project management. The required qualifications for this role are:
 

• Demonstrable experience in a project management role, preferably within the energy or renewables sector.
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or project management is preferred.
• A recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be a significant advantage.
