Compensation:
Target earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+ based on performance
Base salary plus commission on managed projects

GRITT Business Coaching is partnering with Gastineau Log Homes to hire a Project Manager who will guide homeowners from contract to final design.

This role blends client experience, design coordination, and project organization. You become the main point of contact for clients as their custom home takes shape.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners after contract signing
• Guide clients through design, selections, and blueprint development
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams
• Manage multiple projects at different stages
• Keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward
• Help clients explore upgrade options that enhance their home
