Project Manager – Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who takes pride in building high-end custom homes and enjoys working in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple custom home/ remodel projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate progress with homeowners.
• Resolve construction challenges proactively while maintaining project momentum.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
• Approve subcontractor work, review invoices, and monitor project costs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience managing custom home projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Competitive salary of $105,000–$140,000, depending on experience.
