Project Manager (Agile delivery experience)

We are hiring for Project Manager – Locally available in Qatar only

Location: Qatar

Duration: Till March 2028 & extendable (Based on project)

Salary: 18,000 QAR Full Package

Experience: 10–17 Years (At least 5 years of experience working in different agile projects)

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Agile implementations and variations like Scrum, Kanban, Lean and identify what suits best for the team
• Experience of successfully delivering projects while working with ambitious deadlines and high frequency releases
• Has successfully led at least one product development team
• Working knowledge of implementing agile at various levels of maturity
• Working knowledge of Airline domains will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Experience in working with multiple teams and facilitating scrum of scrums and its variations
• Ensures on-time, on-budget and quality delivery by recognizing dependencies early and resolving them effectively
• Coaching and mentoring skills with focus on empathy and engagement
• Strong conflict resolution skills with proven track record of working with diverse teams
• Motivator with great work ethics
