Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Façade with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to oversee façade projects from design coordination through execution and handover. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Engineering & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to develop façade solutions aligned with project specifications and architectural intent
• Review and manage engineering drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Support façade material selection based on performance, durability, sustainability, and compliance requirements
• Oversee structural analysis and performance evaluations related to façade systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for technical clarifications and material approvals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence

Project Management & Execution

• Plan, manage, and deliver façade projects in line with approved scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop detailed project plans covering resources, timelines, risk mitigation, and quality control
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability
• Coordinate procurement, fabrication, and site installation activities to ensure timely delivery
• Lead regular project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to review progress and address risks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
• Oversee project handover, documentation, and close-out activities

Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in façade construction projects within the UAE or GCC
• Proven experience managing complex façade systems including aluminum, glazing, and specialized façade elements
• Strong knowledge of façade materials, installation methodologies, and industry standards
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing project requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
