Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing to oversee and deliver high-profile façade, curtain wall, and glazing projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10+ years of specialized industry experience and a strong track record in managing large-scale commercial and residential developments. This role requires a detail-oriented, results-driven professional capable of handling end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and budget controls. A valid UAE driving license is essential due to frequent site visits and client coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Lead project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and successful handover of aluminum and glazing works.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with technical specifications and client expectations.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, draftsmen, and subcontractors.
• Allocate resources effectively and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve milestones.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, provide updates, and address concerns proactively.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, track variations, and implement cost-control strategies to maintain profitability.
• Review BOQs, change orders, and commercial implications.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks related to design, procurement, logistics, and site execution.
• Implement mitigation plans and corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Site Operations & Coordination

• Oversee daily site activities ensuring compliance with drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other trades for smooth workflow.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Enforce QA/QC procedures and ensure compliance with UAE building codes, façade standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and final approvals prior to handover.

Contractor & Supplier Management

• Manage procurement schedules, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material delivery and workmanship standards.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations, toolbox talks, and site safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification or Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

• 10+ years of overall project management experience, with minimum 8 years specifically in Aluminum & Glazing / Façade projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience handling high-rise, commercial, hospitality, or large residential developments.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized façades, structural glazing, skylights, ACP cladding, and aluminum fabrication/installation techniques.
• Familiarity with shop drawings, structural calculations, and material specifications.
