Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile façade projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing aluminum and façade works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Note: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage detailed project execution plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to align with design intent and technical requirements.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Team Leadership & Site Management

• Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams, including engineers, site coordinators, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and technical reviews.
• Promote a safety-first culture and enforce HSE compliance across all project sites.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide timely updates, reports, and presentations on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Manage client expectations, variations, and approvals professionally.

Budget & Commercial Management

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• Manage change orders, variations, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure works comply with UAE building codes, local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Abu Dhabi DMT), and international standards (ASTM, EN, BS).
• Oversee QA/QC inspections, testing, and corrective actions to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, shop drawings, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
• Prepare regular progress, financial, and technical reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 15+ years of project management experience in aluminum, façade, or high-rise construction projects.
• Proven track record managing UAE-based or GCC façade projects.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, structural glazing, unitized façades, skylights, and aluminum systems.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, installation methodologies, and QA/QC standards.
