Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-profile façade projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in façade systems, and a proven track record of managing aluminum and façade works. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and local regulations.

Note: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure efficient procurement, fabrication, and installation planning for façade systems.

Team Leadership & Site Management

• Lead and supervise project engineers, site teams, coordinators, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and technical reviews.
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations across project sites.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Manage client expectations, design changes, and project variations professionally.

Budget & Commercial Management

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost forecasts.
• Manage change orders, variations, and contract negotiations.
• Implement value engineering solutions to optimize costs while maintaining design integrity and quality.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with UAE building codes and authority regulations including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and Abu Dhabi DMT.
• Maintain compliance with international standards such as ASTM, EN, and BS.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections, testing procedures, and corrective actions to maintain high construction standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, shop drawings, schedules, and correspondence.
• Prepare regular technical, financial, and progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in project management within aluminum, façade, or high-rise construction projects.
• Proven experience managing façade projects in the UAE or GCC region.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, structural glazing, unitized façades, skylights, and aluminum systems.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction safety procedures, installation methodologies, and QA/QC standards.
