Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Aluminum & Glazing to lead the successful execution of façade and architectural aluminum projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing curtain wall, glazing, and cladding systems, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to final handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Ensure timely delivery in line with contractual requirements and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Manage and supervise project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Allocate resources efficiently and monitor team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide progress updates.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Cost Control & Budget Management

• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement cost optimization strategies.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues efficiently.

Site Supervision & Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities.

Procurement & Supply Chain

• Oversee procurement planning and material delivery schedules.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality and timely availability of materials.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for senior management.
• Maintain proper documentation including variations, approvals, and project records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Certification: PMP or equivalent is an advantage
• Experience:
• Minimum 13-15 years overall experience in project management
• At least 8 years in aluminum, façade, or glazing projects
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Curtain wall systems
• Unitized façade systems
• Cladding and glazing works
• Architectural metal works
• Proficiency in:
• MS Project / Primavera P6
• AutoCAD
• Revit (preferred)
