Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead, manage, and deliver façade and aluminum projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven expertise in managing large-scale façade projects in the construction sector. A valid driver’s license is required for site mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of aluminum and façade projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Review and interpret project designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Handle subcontractor management, procurement follow-ups, and supplier coordination.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing aluminum and façade projects in the GCC/KSA.
• Strong technical expertise in curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and architectural façades.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• Valid Saudi/GCC Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
