Project Manager – Aluminum & Fit-Out

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aluminum & Fit-Out to lead and deliver high-quality projects within the construction and interior finishing sectors. The role involves managing aluminum works (façade, glazing, cladding, partitions, etc.) and fit-out projects (interiors, ceilings, flooring, joinery) from inception to handover.

The successful candidate will be results-driven, client-focused, and skilled at managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize aluminum & fit-out projects according to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Review shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements.
• Manage procurement schedules, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams and provide clear direction to engineers and site staff.
• Conduct progress meetings and prepare project reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion and smooth handover of projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in aluminum works and interior fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems (façade, glazing, curtain walls, cladding) and interior fit-out finishes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
