About the Role:We are looking for a qualified Construction Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop full-scale project plans and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles (scope, time, cost, quality).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Good command of English, Arabic.
