We are looking for a
Project Manager with expertise in Intelligent Automation and Automation Anywhere
to lead the delivery of automation initiatives across the business. The role requires end-to-end project ownership, from scoping and vendor management to delivery and business adoption. The ideal candidate combines
project management skills

hands-on knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies
, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead automation projects from initiation through delivery.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and reporting structures.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Automation Anywhere Expertise

Understand Automation Anywhere platform capabilities and limitations.

Support requirements definition for automation use cases.

Collaborate with RPA developers, solution architects, and business users.

Ensure best practices in automation design, scalability, and security.

Stakeholder Management
-
Engage with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

Translate business needs into technical requirements.

Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and status updates.

Manage change management, training, and user adoption.

Vendor & Technology Management
-
Work with technology partners and vendors (Automation Anywhere, system integrators).

Oversee tendering, contracts, and service delivery.

Coordinate support, documentation, and vendor performance.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Proven experience as a
Project Manager
in IT, digital transformation, or automation projects.

Hands-on understanding of
Automation Anywhere
(development background not required, but strong familiarity with workflows, bots, and implementation process is essential).

Knowledge of other RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.

Familiarity with
cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or private cloud)
preferred.

Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification desirable.
