Project Manager - AVL

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and profitability. This role requires strong client management, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure seamless execution from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to support business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams, ensuring operational excellence.
• Oversee technical aspects including audio, video, and lighting operations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in events/exhibitions/hospitality
• Strong knowledge of event technology (Audio-Visual and Lighting)
• Proven leadership & team management skills
• Excellent English communication
• Planning & organisational skills
• Ideally with UAE experience

Salary is up to 25K AED.
