Job Title: Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings (G+8 & Above) | UAE

Role Summary
We are hiring a seasoned Project Manager to take full ownership of high-rise construction projects in the UAE. This role demands end-to-end control - from mobilization to handover - across cost, time, quality, safety, and stakeholder management. If you’ve only assisted or managed fragments of projects, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Control: Lead high-rise building projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
• Execution Management: Drive site execution, sequencing, and resource planning to meet approved schedules and budgets.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of accountability between consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Cost & Schedule Oversight: Control project budgets, cash flow, variations, and timelines; take corrective action when deviations occur.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and HSE standards.
• Quality Management: Enforce quality systems, inspections, and testing to ensure defect-free delivery.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify risks early and resolve technical, commercial, and site issues decisively.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and hold site teams accountable for performance and results.
• Reporting: Deliver clear, accurate progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is an advantage).
• Experience:
• 11–15 years in construction project management
• Minimum 5 years managing high-rise (G+8 and above) projects in the UAE
• Core Competencies:
• Proven delivery of high-rise projects—not just coordination roles
• Strong command of planning tools, project controls, and construction methodologies
• Deep understanding of UAE construction practices, authorities, and approvals
• Decisive leadership, strong commercial awareness, and problem-solving ability
• Clear, professional communication with all stakeholders

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
