Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings (G+8 & Above) | UAE

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Project Manager to take full accountability for high-rise construction projects in the UAE. This role owns the project end to end — from mobilization and execution through testing, commissioning, and handover.

If your experience is limited to assisting senior managers, handling documentation, or managing isolated scopes, do not apply. This role is for professionals who have personally delivered high-rise buildings, not just supported them.

Key Responsibilities

Full Project Ownership

• Take complete responsibility for project delivery across time, cost, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Manage projects from pre-construction planning through final authority approvals and handover.

Construction & Execution Management

• Lead site execution, construction sequencing, logistics, and resource deployment.
• Drive productivity and resolve site constraints without escalation dependency.

Stakeholder & Contract Management

• Act as the single point of accountability between client, consultant, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, and commercial risks.

Cost, Schedule & Controls

• Control project budgets, cash flow, and approved baselines.
• Enforce schedules, identify slippage early, and implement recovery plans decisively.

Regulatory, Authority & HSE Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with UAE authorities, approvals, building codes, and HSE requirements.
• Lead inspections, audits, and statutory handover processes.

Quality Assurance

• Enforce quality systems, inspections, and testing regimes to achieve defect-free delivery.
• Eliminate rework through proactive quality control.

Risk & Problem Resolution

• Identify technical, commercial, and execution risks early.
• Take ownership of issue resolution — no blame-shifting, no delays.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and hold project teams fully accountable for performance and results.
• Build disciplined, execution-focused site teams.

Reporting & Governance

• Provide accurate, transparent reporting on progress, cost, risks, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Master’s Degree is an advantage

Experience

• 11–15 years of total experience in construction project management
• Minimum 5 years managing high-rise buildings (G+8 and above) in the UAE
• Demonstrated record of successfully delivered high-rise projects, not coordination-only roles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
