Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the coordination between our clients and our outside design team. This person will receive project design plans from clients and manage the process of converting those plans into detailed steel framing plans. The ideal candidate will be construction-minded, highly organized, and an effective communicator who can bridge technical design conversations between clients, engineers, and production teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review client design plans for each project.
  • Submit design plans to our external engineering/design team for steel conversion.
  • Liaison between clients and the external design team, ensuring all questions are communicated and resolved promptly.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, ensuring project specifications are accurate and achievable.
  • Provide feedback and clarification to both internal and external teams as needed.
  • Track project progress and ensure design milestones are met on schedule.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and communication records.
  • Coordinate with internal production and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff after design approval.

Qualifications:

  • Background in construction, engineering, architecture, or framing preferred.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay Range:


$65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
