Project Manager: MBAs (From ISB, IIMs and other top tier B-schools)

Responsibilities:-

• Lead the planning and implementation of multiple BI and data analytics projects
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, requirement gathering plan and schedule project
• timelines
• Provide technical direction and support to BI & data analytics team.
Develops visually compelling presentations that communicate the relevant insights to stakeholders in an easily consumable manner

Skill Set:

• Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Ability to work within firm deadlines
• Highly proficient skills in SQL programming
• Beginner to intermediate level skills in one or more of: MicroStrategy / Tableau
• Excellent Analysis & Reporting skills (MSBI)
Experience with VBA Macros, Python

Prerequisite:

• Master's degree from a reputed institute in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar quantitative discipline.
• Requires minimum of 5-7 years of related experience including at least three years in a supervisory or lead role
• Direct work experience in project management capacity from ETL/ Data
• Warehousing/ Analytics/ MIS/Reporting background.
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management
• Competencies:

• Should be proficient in planning and organizing, decision-making
• Excellent communication skills
• Influencing and leading
