Project Manager - Carton Management

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Carton Management to oversee and manage carton production, supply planning, inventory control, and client coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations from order planning to final dispatch while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and monitor carton production projects from start to completion.

· Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.

· Manage carton inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.

· Ensure timely procurement of raw materials.

· Monitor production schedules and meet customer deadlines.

· Maintain quality standards as per company policy.

· Control project costs and optimize operational efficiency.

· Prepare reports on production status, stock levels, and project progress.

· Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.

· 4–6 years of experience in packaging/carton manufacturing or related industry.

· Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory management.

· Excellent coordination and leadership skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in corrugated carton manufacturing.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
