IMMEDIATE HIRING – Project Manager (Christmas Activation)

We are preparing for an exciting one-month Christmas Activation and are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the entire project — from installation to dismantling — ensuring smooth and flawless execution.

Role Overview:-

The Project Manager will be onsite daily, handling planning, coordination, supervision, and reporting throughout the activation.

Key Responsibilities:-

Oversee installation, daily operations, and dismantling of activation elements.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Monitor quality and safety standards across décor, materials, and structures.

Supervise staff and allocate manpower as per event requirements.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of all items.

Conduct post-event inventory and reconciliation with suppliers/our team.

Troubleshoot and resolve onsite challenges effectively.

Maintain detailed knowledge of event logistics, suppliers, and schedules.

Prepare and share daily progress reports during the activation.

Deliver a comprehensive final report after event completion.
