Project Manager (Civil)

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that project progresses as per approved designs, adhere to schedules, and are delivered within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of coordination between Developer, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Monitor and review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Plan, schedule, and track construction activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular project review meetings, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building regulations, statutory requirements, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management.
• Manage risks, variations, and ensure project costs remain within approved budgets.
