Project Manager (Civil)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager (Civil) to plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and coordination with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of civil construction projects.
• Preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensuring quality standards and safety compliance at site.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing periodic MIS reports.
• Handling billing, BOQ verification, cost control, and material management.
• Resolving site-level technical and operational issues.
• Leading and supervising site engineers and technical staff.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Min 15 years of experience and 5 years as Project Manager in infrastructure / building / road / bridge projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and construction practices.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
