Project Manager – Civil

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Civil to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proven experience delivering civil projects within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects
• Oversee site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead and supervise site engineers and project teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8–15 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Project Manager role
• Strong experience in high-rise / commercial / infrastructure projects (preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE authority approvals and construction regulations
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera (P6), AutoCAD
