Requirements,
1. Must be an Arabic Speaker.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 20+ years of experience, including at least 10+ years of GCC construction experience in managing Oil & Gas Civil EPC projects as Project Manager.
3. Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and overall project delivery within target timelines and budgets for EPC Oil and Gas Civil Projects.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
5. Client Approval from previous projects as Project Manager is highly preferred.
