Project Manager- Civil

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of High-rise building. This role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to construction and project handover. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

• Lead the planning and execution of high-rise building projects.
• Develop project objectives, strategies, and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

• Manage project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and consultants.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as government authorities, clients, and suppliers.
• Lead meetings, assign tasks, and ensure communication flows smoothly within the project team.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
• Allocate resources efficiently and manage procurement of materials.
• Review and approve project expenditures and progress reports.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and all project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Regulatory Compliance & Permitting:

• Ensure all projects adhere to local regulatory and permitting requirements.
• Liaise with government bodies and secure necessary approvals and NOCs.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 15-20 years of UAE experience managing High-rise building projects.
• Proven track record in leading successful infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
