Project Manager - Civil (Arabic Speaker)

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager - Civil (Arabic Speaker) for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.

Purpose-

To oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction projects ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility-

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of civil construction activities.
• Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly.
• Manage project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular project meetings and reporting sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company standards.
• Implement HSE guidelines across the project.
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to quality control processes.

Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, cost control, and contract management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera / MS Project.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction projects, preferably Commercial buildings.
