Project Manager (Civil - Construction)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager for one of our client organization with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in construction project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget control, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and prepare progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee work execution and resolve on-site issues.
• Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure effective communication among all parties.
• Handle client meetings, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Ensure documentation, contracts, and project records are properly maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–4 years of proven experience in managing civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
