Project Manager – Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager for a major civil construction project in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil construction projects
• Proven experience in civil construction works
• Strong background in controlled demolition works
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent time management with the ability to follow key milestones and timelines
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all project phases from planning to completion
• Oversee civil construction and controlled demolition activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and cost parameters

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on major infrastructure or industrial projects
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and local authority requirements
• PMP certification is an advantage
