Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager – Civil Engineer with proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects and buildings within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership capabilities, and a successful track record in bringing projects, winning tenders, and accurately pricing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, buildings and site development) from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control.
  • Prepare and review technical proposals, tender documents, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify new project opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project specifications.
  • Lead tendering and bidding processes with a focus on cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Proven ability to secure projects and win tenders.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, estimation, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with local authorities (RTA, ADM, DM, etc.) and project approval processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
