Project Manager (Civil Engineer – Villa Construction)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead and manage villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality residential projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage villa construction projects from initiation to handover
• Oversee site activities, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and standards
• Manage project schedules, risks, and resources effectively
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction, with a focus on villas/residential projects
• Strong experience in UAE construction projects
• Proven experience in project management and site supervision
• Knowledge of local regulations and authority approvals in Dubai
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• PMP / CAPM (Preferred)
