Project Manager (Civil) – High-Rise Projects

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) with 8–10 years of proven experience in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, including planning, execution, coordination, and control of civil works from construction through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of high-rise civil construction projects
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities
• Oversee site execution, ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications, and standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 8–10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer on high-rise projects
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete structures and vertical construction
• Proven ability in team leadership and stakeholder coordination
• Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, codes, and approvals
• Strong communication and reporting skills
