Project Manager – Civil Projects | Saudi Arabia

The Project Manager will lead and oversee administrative, and housing building projects from inception through handover.
The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in civil construction, and extensive experience delivering projects under Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee full-cycle project execution from initiation through closeout
• Manage resources, contracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
• Monitor cost, time, and scope performance indicators and lead corrective actions as needed
• Provide leadership in resolving technical and operational issues
• Deliver regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 15 to 20 years overall experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior project leadership role on civil projects.
• Certifications: Recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Candidates with prior client-side project management approvals will have an advantage.
• Prior Saudi Aramco approval as a Project Manager or relevant Management Certifications are required.
• Deep understanding of GCC construction regulations and safety standards.
• Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and scheduling.
