Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all local authority rules and regulations, including those from DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, JAFZA, and DSO.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in UAE construction, preferably with high-rise buildings.
• In-depth knowledge of DM/DDA/Trakhees/Nakheel/JAFZA/DSO Authority rules and regulations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi is required.
