The Project Manager will lead
end-to-end execution of advanced facility EPC projects, including
cleanrooms, MEP, HVAC, utilities, and high-tech industrial infrastructure. The role carries full responsibility for
planning, execution, commissioning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery in line with technical, quality, cost, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full
project lifecycle management for cleanroom and MEP-intensive EPC projects. Develop and manage
project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee
on-site construction, installation quality, and milestone delivery. Review and control
engineering drawings, specifications, QA/QC and method statements. Manage installation and integration of
HVAC, cleanrooms (Class 1K / 10K), utilities, power systems (up to 220 kV), process gases, PCW, vacuum and exhaust systems. Lead
testing, commissioning, validation, and final handover. Act as the primary interface with
clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Drive
cost control, risk management, quality compliance, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Candidate Profile
20-25 years of experience in
Cleanroom EPC / Semiconductor FAB / Advanced Industrial Facilities. Strong expertise in
MEP, HVAC, utilities, and cleanroom systems. Proven leadership of
large site teams and multi-stakeholder environments. Deep experience in
commissioning and performance validation of complex systems. Strong planning, scheduling, and contract management skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
