Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- Registered Professional Engineer and/or membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is preferred (optional).
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate professional experience in the planning, design, construction, and supervision of infrastructure projects.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and construction supervision roles.
- Proven experience as Project Manager or Resident Engineer on at least three (3) major coastal, marine, waterfront, port, harbor, marina, breakwater, reclamation, dredging, or shoreline protection projects.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary supervision teams for large-scale infrastructure developments.
- Experience in contract administration, project controls, quality management, and stakeholder coordination.
Relevant Coastal and Marine Experience
- Coastal protection and shoreline stabilization works.
- Seawalls, revetments, groynes, and breakwaters.
- Ports, harbors, marinas, and waterfront developments.
- Dredging and land reclamation projects.
- Marine structures, jetties, piers, and quay walls.
- Beach nourishment and coastal rehabilitation projects.
- Marine utility corridors and coastal infrastructure projects.
