Project Manager / Coastal Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
  • Registered Professional Engineer and/or membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is preferred (optional).

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate professional experience in the planning, design, construction, and supervision of infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and construction supervision roles.
  • Proven experience as Project Manager or Resident Engineer on at least three (3) major coastal, marine, waterfront, port, harbor, marina, breakwater, reclamation, dredging, or shoreline protection projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary supervision teams for large-scale infrastructure developments.
  • Experience in contract administration, project controls, quality management, and stakeholder coordination.

Relevant Coastal and Marine Experience

  • Coastal protection and shoreline stabilization works.
  • Seawalls, revetments, groynes, and breakwaters.
  • Ports, harbors, marinas, and waterfront developments.
  • Dredging and land reclamation projects.
  • Marine structures, jetties, piers, and quay walls.
  • Beach nourishment and coastal rehabilitation projects.
  • Marine utility corridors and coastal infrastructure projects.
