Location: Hudson, MA (In-Person)

Pay Range: $85,000 – $120,000 / year

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with specialized expertise in commercial and residential landscape, concrete, and flatwork. You will own the project lifecycle—from planning and resource allocation to on-site execution and final hand-off. The ideal candidate balances an analytical approach to budgeting with a "boots-on-the-ground" leadership style to ensure high-quality delivery without exceeding margin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Supervise multiple high-value commercial and residential projects, ensuring they meet Dex by Terra’s portfolio standards.
  • Operational Coordination: Work directly with Site Superintendents to sequence trades, manage material lead times, and ensure equipment availability.
  • Financial Oversight: Partner with Estimating and Accounting to manage job costs, approve change orders, and maintain project profitability.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards and local Massachusetts building codes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, and clients, ensuring clear communication on project milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience specifically within Commercial Landscape, Concrete, or Flatwork.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of hardscape materials, site drainage, and concrete methodologies.
  • Estimating (Strong Plus): Proficiency in full-cycle estimating, bid preparation, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Software Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Apple products, and industry-standard project management software (e.g., Procore, Stack, or similar).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Compensation & Benefits
