Job Overview
NNI Construction Co is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This remote-based position involves managing multiple project sites nationwide, with periodic travel for inspections and in-person oversight. You will lead a team of Superintendents and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, budget control, and schedule adherence every step of the way. This is a key leadership role with high visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise project execution, managing multiple jobs concurrently.

Manage and mentor a team of on-site Superintendents across all phases of construction.

Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules and two-week lookaheads.

Coordinate subcontractor activities, enforce contract scopes, and ensure timely material delivery.

Review daily jobsite reports, photo logs, and weekly video walkthroughs from Superintendents.

Write and manage purchase orders for national vendors and project materials.

Maintain active safety oversight, ensure jobsite safety compliance, and conduct up to 5 site visits per project.

Produce and manage project punch lists in coordination with owners and Superintendents.

Report issues promptly to the Director of Construction/COO and participate in weekly review meetings.

Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain progress and deliver quality outcomes.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor in retail/commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and project lifecycle.

Proven experience supervising Superintendents and subcontractors.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

OSHA 30 certification required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
