Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

We’re partnered with a growing commercial roofing contractor seeking a Project Manager to oversee a mix of retail reroof and large-scale commercial projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands roofing systems, can manage multiple jobs at once, and knows how to keep projects moving—without sacrificing quality or communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Review scopes, contracts, and project plans before kickoff
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules
• Manage day-to-day project execution alongside field teams
• Track budgets, productivity, and timelines
• Maintain project documentation and reporting in Procore
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project
• Ensure smooth project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
• Experience managing tear-offs, reroofs, and insulation build-ups
• Ability to handle multiple active projects at once
• Experience working with subcontractors and field crews
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management tools

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
