We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial roofing projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of project delivery from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, forepersons, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor progress, track costs, and proactively manage risks and issues
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on every job
  • Conduct project meetings, performance reviews, and post-project evaluations
  • Oversee change orders, procurement, and cost tracking to maintain financial targets
  • Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency across all stages of project execution

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or roofing projects
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate complex project schedules
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and resource management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (an asset)
