Project Manager Compliance

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, manufacturing, and controls, along with a thorough understanding of FDA regulations and compliance management. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities related to clinical trials and product development.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct research as necessary to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry, manufacturing & controls, FDA regulations, and compliance management.
• Experience managing clinical trials is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
