Job Title: Project Manager – Concrete Works

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Concrete Works to oversee and manage large-scale concrete construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in concrete structures, project execution, resource management, and client coordination. The candidate must have a minimum of 12 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of concrete construction projects from planning to handover.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract requirements, and company standards.
• Lead and supervise project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of overall experience in construction projects.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in managing concrete works and structural projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methodologies, structural works, and project management practices.
• Experience handling high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
