Project Manager – Conferences & Events

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

The Project Manager – Conferences & Events is responsible for leading the planning and

delivery of major conferences and wide events. This role acts as a central point of

coordination across divisions, administrative units, and external partners to ensure that

each project is executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the company’s

strategic goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in

managing multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Hospitality, Events, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event or project management, ideally within an educational entity.
  • Strong understanding of conference planning, including managing logistics, programming, and audience engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and administrative units.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure during live event execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
