Job Summary:
The Project Manager – Construction will oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Supervise site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress and prepare periodic status reports.
Handle procurement and contract administration.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for timely decision-making.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
Manage handover procedures upon project completion.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with safety standards and quality control.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP / PRINCE2 certification (added advantage).
Experience in handling residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
