About the Role

PropCare is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Construction to lead and manage new construction projects under the PropCare brand. The role involves heading Ground + Four Floors turnkey and collaboration-based construction projects and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential construction projects (G+4 structures).
• Manage turnkey and collaboration-based construction models.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, BOQs, and project timelines.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Control project budgets and ensure cost optimization.
• Supervise procurement planning and material management.
• Handle client coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and on-site teams.
• Ensure statutory compliance and necessary approvals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience with a reputed builder/developer.
• Proven experience in handling independent construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and project execution cycles.
