Project Manager- Construction

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with proven expertise in managing DM approvals and luxury villa construction projects. The candidate will oversee projects from concept and authority approvals through execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Management

Structural Works

• Oversee excavation, shoring, and foundation works
• Supervise raft foundations, footings, retaining walls
• Monitor concrete works (slabs, columns, beams)
• Ensure proper curing, cube tests, and material inspections
• Review shop drawings and method statements before execution

MEP Coordination

• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical systems
• Ensure proper slab coordination before concrete casting
• Review MEP shop drawings and resolve site clashes
• Supervise DEWA inspections and approvals

Finishing & Interior Works

• Oversee blockwork, plastering, waterproofing
• Supervise marble, tiling, gypsum ceilings, and joinery
• Ensure high-end villa finishing quality standards
• Monitor façade works, aluminum & glass installation
• Lead and manage villa construction projects from design phase to final handover
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress aligns with schedule

DM & Authority Coordination

• Handle DM submissions, approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits and NOCs
• Ensure adherence to municipality regulations and building codes

Budget & Planning

• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets
• Control project costs and manage variations
• Review BOQs, contracts, and procurement plans

Quality & Safety

• Ensure high-quality finishes in luxury villa projects
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Enforce safety standards and regulations

Client Communication

• Act as main point of contact for clients
• Provide regular progress updates
• Manage client variations and change requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 8+ years of experience in villa construction projects
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations and approval processes
• Experience managing luxury/high-end residential builds
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, AutoCAD)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• UAE experience preferred
