Project Manager – Corporate & Commercial Fit-Out

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in corporate offices, commercial interiors, and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will lead project execution from planning to handover, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end fit-out project execution, including planning, scheduling, procurement, and site supervision
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress
- Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to prepare execution plans
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams for approvals and updates
- Monitor project budgets, material costs, and variations
- Ensure all works meet quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Prepare progress reports, site updates, and documentation for management review
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions promptly
- Oversee final inspections, snagging, and handover procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years experience managing corporate and commercial fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior works, MEP coordination, materials, and vendor management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
